Founded in 1999,  Our Counseling & Training has now expanded to include a full-service counselling practise.

The District General Practitioners Committee and the Council of Churches collaborated to create  since general practitioners did not offer counselling services at the time.

In addition to providing mental health counselling, we also specialise in working with survivors of trauma and abuse, which can present a unique set of problems.

As a prominent training agency for persons who aspire to become counsellors up to the Diploma level, which is necessary to operate in an agency context, we are widely recognised.
